Peak Design is running a site sale with prices reduced automatically at checkout: the Save Up to 70% on Top Rated Photography and Creator Gear offer is the main deal on the page and is best for shoppers buying higher priced camera bodies, lenses and core accessories. The discount is applied in your cart so you see the reduced price before you pay. For smaller purchases of accessories there are two narrower sales that may be easier to apply to specific items.
Under $50 on small accessories: if your cart is under $50 and contains mobile accessories or small items, the 40% Off Mobile Accessories sale applies when those items are marked as eligible sale stock. On a $40 order of eligible mobile accessories, for example, the price drops by 40% to $24, so you save $16. Use the item level sale label to confirm eligibility before you checkout.
$50 to mid four hundreds, general gear: for most single item purchases such as straps, small tripods or everyday camera bags, the up to 70% sale is the place to look because the site shows the price after the discount at point of sale. If an item is listed with the up to 70% price you pay that reduced figure in cart; there is no extra code to enter.
Buying a travel backpack: the 20% Off Travel Backpack offer applies specifically to travel backpacks and cannot be used with any other offer. If your cart contains only a travel backpack priced at $200 at full price, the 20% off reduces it to $160, saving $40. If the same backpack appears already discounted in the up to 70% sale, compare the sale price against the 20% off full price figure to see which leaves the lower total because the travel backpack code forbids stacking with other offers.
Shopping sale bundles or multiple items: when you buy multiple items that include sale tagged gear, the cart will calculate the automatic sale prices for each eligible item. The mobile accessories 40% sale says valid on sale items, so check which label is used on the product page. The travel backpack 20% offer explicitly states it cannot be used with other offers, so it will not combine with any up to 70% reductions if the site enforces that rule.
Newsletter signup: signing up to the newsletter can be useful if you want promotional emails, but it is not a main offer and will not replace the automatic sale prices. Mention of the newsletter appears only as a signup option on the page.
Compare the totals and take whichever leaves the lower final price. If the backpack is eligible for the up to 70% sale and that discounted price is lower than the 20% reduced full price, choose the sale price shown in your cart. Our records show this up to 70% figure is the biggest percentage seen in the 12 months to October 2026 and that Peak Design listed 11 sales and deals in that period, so large percentage sales do appear from time to time.
