For non-personalized and select personalized and engraved items, please allow 48 hours for processing and up to 1 week for standard delivery. Personalized items take time to customize and process based on your order. All of their personalized products are manufactured to your exact specifications with a careful and thorough process that sometimes takes a little extra time. Each item on their website has a unique shipping timeframe. Please refer to each product for a production time frame.

Items from the express ship collection will be shipped via UPS next-day air for arrival up to 4 business days from the manufacturing completion date and USPS priority or UPS 2nd-day air for arrival up to 5 business days from the manufacturing completion date.

Generally, items ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via first-class mail. Personalized items are shipped separately so there may be a slight gap between deliveries if your order contains multiple items.

They want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Personalized Planet. If you're not 100% happy with a qualifying item, simply return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price.
