Due to the nature of their food products they cannot accept any returns for Platterful boxes. If there are any issues with your kit or items you purchased please reach out to hello@tryplatterful.com and someone on their team will quickly make it right 100% Guaranteed.
They ship all Platterful orders on Mondays & Wednesdays each week. All orders placed prior to 8 am EST on Monday will go out that same Monday. Then, all orders from Monday 8 am to Wednesday 8 am will ship on that same Wednesday.
90% of your Platterful box will contain shelf-stable products and do not require refrigerated shipping. They do, however, put their cheeses in a thermal bag and/or thick surrounding insulation with multiple ice packs to keep them cool in transit.
The ice bags are designed to melt in transit, so they will not be frozen when your box arrives. No worries this is totally normal When you receive your box, place the cheeses (& meats if you want) in the refrigerator.
