Pokkadots & ModernNursery will do their best to try and cancel an order if we hear back from you immediately. Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is placed into the process immediately. Under normal circumstances, this is a good thing for you, getting your order shipped fast! Custom orders cannot be canceled once submitted. This includes Nurseryworks, Pacific Rim, Viewpoint Rugs, Custom Canvases, Little Castle, Jennifer Delonge, and most furniture items. Usually, anything that doesn't ship within a week. Production begins immediately on these items, therefore it cannot be canceled.
As soon as your order ships, your tracking information will be available in your account. Just login and track your package!
After you place your order, they usually ship it out the same day, or 24 hours after the order is placed (Monday through Friday). Most of their larger items (such as furniture and some bedding) are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. These have a 1-5 day processing time until they are shipped. If the lead times are longer for any of their products there will be a lead time posted in the Info & Tips box on each product. Custom orders and some large furniture items will be made by hand, so these lead times are estimates and can occasionally go beyond their estimated shipping date. If this happens, they will contact you via email.
