Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact them at service@redodopower.com. If your return is accepted, they'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost for returning the products will be borne by Redodo Power or the customer in the following situations.
The customer can return or refund a product for up to 30 days from the date received it. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. They will notify you once they've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded on the original payment method within 3 workdays. The return handling fee incurred therein will be borne by the customer. Please remember it can take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.
