Round Lab has several active codes running right now, with the hero offer being the Back to School Sale code that takes 20% off SPF products. This is the best choice if you're stocking up on sunscreen, but the brand also runs several other discount codes that apply across wider ranges of products, so the right choice depends on what's in your basket.
If you're buying SPF products, the Back to School Sale code gives you 20% off and is your best option. On a $40 sunscreen order, you save $8; on a $60 spend, you save $12. This beats the 15% sitewide codes unless your order is purely non SPF items.
If you're shopping for general skincare under $25, the 10% Off First Order code is the way in for new customers, taking $2.50 off a $25 purchase. If you're an existing customer buying under $25, the 15% sitewide code saves more than the first order offer.
If you're spending $25 to $50 on sitewide products, the 15% sitewide code saves you the most money. On a $40 basket, you get $6 off; on a $50 basket, you get $7.50 off. You also qualify for free shipping at this threshold, which adds real value.
If your basket is $50 or more, compare two options. The 15% sitewide code continues to save significantly on larger orders: $7.50 off $50, or $15 off $100. However, if you don't already have your cleanser, the Free Cleanser offer gives you a free product when you spend $50, which may be worth more depending on that cleanser's retail value. The sitewide code still usually wins on pure percentage savings, but run the math on your specific items.
If you're buying bundles, Round Lab's bundle sale codes may save you more. The Buy 4 Get 18% Off Bundles code requires four products and gives 18% off selected bundles. The Buy 3 Get 15% Off Bundles code requires three products. The Up to 25% Off Bundles sale requires no code at all and can reach 25% on selected items, though savings vary by selection. Check which bundle applies to your items; these often beat the flat percentage codes on bundle purchases.
If you're considering a subscription, the 8% Off Subscription offer applies to regular recurring orders, making sense only if you plan to order from Round Lab repeatedly over time.
Only one code applies at checkout, so compare what each saves on your specific basket contents. The 15% sitewide code is your most flexible option for general shopping, but always check whether the 20% SPF code, a bundle discount, or the free cleanser offer saves you more on your particular items.
Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Round Lab:
Round Lab accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover Card and PayPal.
Round Lab ships within US and CA.
Their orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Their standard shipping carrier is USPS. They kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email confirming your order's shipment. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email them.
It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to the wrong shipping address, they regret that they do not offer a refund but are grateful to send you a replacement with an extra shipping cost paid by the customer.
In the unlikely event that a package is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, they will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and provide any available options for a solution. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure its safe receipt. They strongly recommend that customers take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of their packages, such as requesting signature confirmation or providing a secure delivery location. They regret to inform you that they cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. However, they are committed to working with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is basically the only requirement.
Once your request for a refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If you buy Round Lab products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, they regret that they cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
Unfortunately, at this time, they do not provide return labels for international orders.
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email them and include your order number in the email. They will do their best to accommodate your needs.
They do their best to speed up processing and shipping times. Hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. However, they cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which they can do so. If it's too late for their team to cancel your order, you can return your order to them once you've received it.
