Round Lab ships within US and CA.
Their orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Their standard shipping carrier is USPS. They kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email confirming your order's shipment. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email them.
It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to the wrong shipping address, they regret that they do not offer a refund but are grateful to send you a replacement with an extra shipping cost paid by the customer.
In the unlikely event that a package is marked as delivered but is lost or stolen, they will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and provide any available options for a solution. Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is basically the only requirement.
Once your request for a refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If you buy Round Lab products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, they regret that they cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
Unfortunately, at this time, they do not provide return labels for international orders.
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email them and include your order number in the email. They will do their best to accommodate your needs.
They do their best to speed up processing and shipping times. Hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. However, they cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which they can do so. If it's too late for their team to cancel your order, you can return your order to them once you've received it.
