Their orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Their standard shipping carrier is USPS. They kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 days of processing your order and 4-10 business days for standard shipping once processed.

They strongly recommend that customers take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of their packages, such as requesting signature confirmation or providing a secure delivery location. They regret to inform you that they cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. However, they are committed to working with you to resolve any issues that may arise.

Their policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, they can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is basically the only requirement.

Once your request for a refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email them and include your order number in the email. They will do their best to accommodate your needs.
