Once you place your order online, items generally ship within a week. Specifics on shipping timeframes, along with tracking information, will be emailed directly to you once your order is processed.

When your order is being delivered, you should inspect all items in your shipment before signing for the delivery. Upon inspection, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and contact Customer Care immediately to arrange for a replacement part, a scheduled repair or exchange. If the item is unusable, you should refuse the delivery. Please photograph the items that are damaged to help expedite the process.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact Customer Care via the CONTACT THEM form on this page to determine if your order can be cancelled. If the product has been packed and prepared for shipment, a restocking fee may apply. If your order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have retained all original packaging.
