For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, they may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are valid. They will email you a tracking number as soon as it's available. You can track your order by logging in to your account and clicking the link. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for you to see an order tracking update online.

You may cancel your order for any reason before it's packed, and you will not be charged. Please call their Customer Service Department to make sure that your order has not yet been packed.

They will only charge your credit card at the actual time of shipment, but there may be a hold on the funds until the time of shipment.

They package every order carefully so that your merchandise arrives ready to give you years of enjoyment. For your own protection, do not sign for merchandise until you inspect it for damage.

If your order is damaged or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact your local United Parcel Service office for a Damage Inspection Report. UPS will issue a Damage Call Tag. Contact their Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number and they'll arrange for a reorder or credit.

Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, because it will delay the replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.
