Seatables furniture comes with a 100-day trial period so you can try your furniture for up to 100 days, risk free. Returns must be completed before the 100-day trial period is over. Additionally, the furniture must be free of any stains, rips, or soiling to be eligible for return.

Please note: made-to-order items, customized orders, loose cushions, open box, "as is," assembled items, and free or gift items are excluded from their return policy.

Exchanges are handled by returning your purchased furniture through their return process. Should you decide to exchange your Seatables furniture, you can reach out to them to initiate a return within your 100-day trial period. We'll help you place a new order for a replacement product.

You may return your Seatables furniture and get refunded within the 100-day trial period. The cost of shipping the return is covered by the customer along with a 15% restocking fee. Once the returned item arrives at their facility, their team will inspect it. Provided the item is in new or like-new condition, they will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form, deducting the applicable fees outlined above. If you paid for their White Glove delivery service, they will not refund for the service performed.

All items are checked before they leave the warehouse to ensure they are in tip-top shape. Should there be any unforseen damage, they will immediately take the next steps to resolve the issue.

Any shipping damage must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery or reported to Seatables within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect damage claim eligibility.
