All Sephra commercial equipment warranties cover parts only and are returned to base. Warranties do not cover wear and tear components such as, but are not limited to, baker plates, fuses, bearings, seals, and shafts. Labour is charged at $75 per hour. They can arrange for collection and return; however, this is a chargeable service. Please contact them for further information

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
