Please contact them if you're dissatisfied and they'll try their best to make things right. At any time, and for any reason, they may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of their members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at their discretion. Once an order has shipped, their shipping cost will not be refunded. If you don't want or need the order when it arrives, simply mark it as refused and give the unopened package to your mail carrier. You are required to contact them for a refund. When the package is returned to them they can process a refund for the coffee within 30 days. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and will only be provided on unopened boxes.
You may cancel your Tayst Coffee Subscription at any time. Tayst Coffee do not provide refunds or credits for any goods or services that have been or are in the process of being shipped.
Your membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for one or two weeks depending on the promotion you start on, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Tayst Coffee will continue to bill your payment method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. After the first free trial, sample, or promotion there will be a shipping cost associated with your monthly order. Shipping charges vary depending on the amount shipped ($5.00 for 30-60 pods, $8 for 70-160 pods, $12 for 170-260 pods, $15 270-750 pods, $20 for 760-3000 pods, $30 for 3000+ pods). On your first order under $5. The $5 off coupon code will reduce what you pay to zero or close to it, so this is the route to take if you are ordering a small quantity of coffee or a single bag of beans for the first time.
On your first order of $10 to $50. The $5 off coupon code still applies to first time customers, but check whether the 60% off Coffee Starter Box is available for your order. On a $30 Starter Box, for example, 60% off brings the cost to $12, a saving of $18; the coupon code saves you $5. The Starter Box deal is the bigger saving if the product is part of your basket, but the coupon code may be your only option if you are buying something else. Since neither offer can be combined with other promotions, you will need to choose one or the other at checkout.
On a Coffee Starter Box or larger order. The 60% off sale on the Coffee Starter Box is the better choice. This is a significant markdown on a specific product, not a percentage off your total basket, so it applies only to that box; compare what you would pay with the coupon code (a flat $5 off your total order) against the Starter Box saving to see which leaves a lower total for what you are buying.
On a subscription. If you are signing up for a Tayst Coffee coffee subscription, the 15% off first subscription offer applies to selected plans and takes 15% off the price of your first delivery. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions, so you would choose it over the coupon code if the subscription saving is larger.
Gift cards. Tayst Coffee gift cards are available from $30 and upward. These are not a discount offer but a way to prepay or give credit to spend as you choose.

The biggest discount the brand ran in that period was 61% off (a sale in July 2026), so the 60% off Starter Box here is close to the strongest deal seen on the brand in the past year.
