The Keto Box accepts all major Debit & Credit Cards
The Keto Box ships the box the first week of the month. The box gets delivered on the second week of the month for most people in the continental USA. Shipping times are increased for US territories and Canadian subscribers.
If you have moved or made a mistake while filling out the shipping address, you may change it on your customer account page. Please note that the last day to change your address to receive the next box is the last day of the month. If you realize the shipping address is wrong after they have shipped the box, please contact the shipping company to update your address while it is in transit. Unfortunately, they are not able to update the information for you once the box has shipped.
Unfortunately at this moment, they are unable to personalize boxes for dietary restrictions. It is something they are working on achieving.
If there are extraneous circumstances and you forget to cancel on time, you have a grace period of three (3) calendar days to request a refund. If you are within your grace period, please email them and The Keto Box will issue a refund. Refunds are applicable for month-to-month plans but not for any prepaid plans.
