The Paisley Box is happy to provide returns or exchanges for any item except for personalized items or swimwear within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. They cannot take returns on any items marked Final Sale.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Personalized or custom-made items such as items that are monogrammed are not eligible for returns. Please note that they also cannot accept robe returns if the gift bag has been monogrammed. For this reason, please carefully review your personalization information before submitting your order. They are not able to accept cancellations or changes to your order once they are placed. Thank you for your understanding.
