The Paisley Box is happy to provide returns or exchanges for any item except for personalized items or swimwear within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the item is returned in its original condition. They cannot take returns on any items marked Final Sale.

Personalized or custom-made items such as items that are monogrammed are not eligible for returns. Please note that they also cannot accept robe returns if the gift bag has been monogrammed. The 50% off sale applies only to sale styles and is a site only offer, so it is most useful when you are buying items already reduced to sale. Small orders and first time shoppers. If you are buying a low cost gift or a single keepsake, check whether that item is in the sale. If it is, the 50% sale price will usually save you most. If you are a new customer considering the newsletter signup, that can deliver special offers but it is a signup benefit rather than the main page deal, so treat it as a potential extra rather than the baseline discount.
Buying sale styles. Use the up to 50% off sale styles when the product on your list is in the sale collection. On a $100 order of sale items at 50% off, the discounts are 50% percent off, the final price is $50 and you save $50. This offer applies only to sale styles while stock lasts and only via the website.
Buying selected styles not marked as sale. If the item is not in the sale but is listed among selected styles, use the up to 42% off selected styles offer. On a $120 order of selected styles at 42% off, the discounts are 42% percent off, the final price is $69.60 and you save $50.40. This deal applies only to selected products and only via the website.
Buying multiple items or bigger purchases. For a mixed cart, check which items are tagged sale and which are selected styles. Each item will take the discount that applies to it; a sale tagged product takes the sale reduction, a selected style takes the selected styles reduction. Because both offers are stated as up to a percentage, the exact saving depends on the item level reduction shown on the product page.
When choosing between the two public offers, take whichever leaves the lower total for the same items. If an item is clearly marked in the sale collection, the up to 50% off sale styles will usually give the biggest saving for that item; if it is only in the selected styles group, use the up to 42% off selected styles. Newsletter signup may add extra offers for first time customers but it is separate from the site sale and not the on page lead offer.
