The Webster accepts all major Debit & Credit cards.
The Webster ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.
Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
All online orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday - Friday are eligible to be processed for same-day shipment. They currently do not have Saturday or Sunday delivery service, so transit times are based on business days. Order processing times are typically 1-2 business days, with the exception of sale periods, where this can be 1-5 business days. Once your package is in transit, shipping times are 1-5 business days depending on the location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
If you get damage orders please contact them as soon as possible.
The Webster want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, they are happy to accept a return for refund on all qualified items. Within 28 days from your receipt of delivery, you may initiate a return for qualified merchandise.
