Booking a Vertoe is super quick no app installation or sign up needed. To make a booking, visit vertoe.com, select the address, your check-in/check-out date and time to see all nearby locations that fit your needs. Once you select a location, just put in your card info to complete the booking through our secure payment system powered by Stripe.
What are the acceptable items for storage?
You can store most items as long as they are safe and legal. Vertoe must also be accepted by the partner at their verified Vertoe Location.
What if I want to change my locations, dates or number of items?
They understand that there can be some changes at the last minute. Feel free to write to them at support@vertoe.com and they will take care of you. Note: some changes may result in partial refunds or extra charges on your card as your final booking amount may change.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Vertoe offers a free cancellation. You will get a full refund if plans change anytime before your check-in time. Visit vertoe.com and log in to your account to cancel your booking.
Can I send someone else to pick up or drop off my belongings?
You can add guests to your booking by clicking on “Add Guests to Booking” after you complete your booking. If you have already made your booking please sign in to the website and visit “My Bookings” and then select the “Add Guests to Booking” option. This will generate a new confirmation with both names on it.
