You return any products you have purchased within fourteen (14) working days of receipt for any reason including if you simply change your mind. To do so you must notify Viviscal in writing or another durable medium such as email.
How to submit a refund/exchange request?
It is important that you keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition in which it was provided otherwise The Viviscal will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Once Viviscal has successfully received the product back you will then be entitled to a refund from them, which will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. If you have requested an exchange this will be managed within the same timeframe as the refund process. Refunds will be issued by the original purchase method - no cash refunds are available.
What to do if I receive a damaged/incorrect item?
