A photo of the item or items you received and the delivery note (Please make sure that the details are clear and visible)Please supply a clear image of the ordered item they'll try their best to help you even more.
Please inform their customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods if it is damaged by sending an email to service@acemagic.com. Their customer service will respond to your email within 24 hours.
