Decades later, AHAVA is proud to say their formulations remain vegan.
Once you contact them about a return, please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be addressed. Once the return is processed, you can expect to see a refund in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days.
AHAVA will issue a full refund and give you your money back on any product container returned at least half full within 30 days. AHAVA currently doesn’t process exchanges, but you can easily return a product and purchase the one you want instead.
