How will I know when my item(s) have been shipped?
Whether you place an order online or over the phone, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipped date including a tracking number. If your product is delayed or back-ordered for any reason, they will also email you.
How will I know if an item I ordered is out of stock or on backorder?
They make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped the same day or within 24 to 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order or they discover the item is back-ordered, you will receive an email stating more details.
