Unfortunately, once you process your order they are unable to modify or cancel your order. Once your order is placed and confirmed it immediately gets processed through their automated warehouse processing. This ensures that they are capable of shipping your order quickly and efficiently, getting your products out of their doors as soon as possible. In cases where cancellations are permitted, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Free shipping is available on all orders of $99 or more, once all discounts and promotions have been applied. If your order is over $99 after all discounts and promotions have been applied, and you did not receive free shipping, please contact their customer support department to speak with a representative who will gladly assist you. This offer is only available in the continental US. Not applicable to international orders.

Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing & handling (including and other expedited services). In most instances, all orders are usually shipped on the same day. Orders processed through the weekend will be processed on Mondays of the following week. Shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays.
