Atoll Board Company accepts payments through all major debit/credit cards.
Atoll Board Company ships only to the US and Canada.
They want their customers to shop with confidence, every board and Atoll product is backed by their 60-day return policy, as well as a 30 Day return policy on all 3rd party non-Atoll products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return it no questions asked and return your board or other items for an exchange or full refund (minus return-shipping fees). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (if applicable). Although rarely assessed all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee within the 60 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned.
Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of their receipt of a return.
Atoll iSUPs all come with a 2-year manufacture warranty against any and all defects. If you have any issues or thoughts concerning your board or warranty call or email their Customer Service Team.
