For each pre-paid travel package reservation, certain reservation fees are charged in accordance with the standing prices available on www.portugalgetaways.com, which are provided to the customer when solicited.
Azores Getaways reserves the right to cancel an organized trip if the number of participants does not meet the minimum number required when the trip depends on a certain number of participants. In these cases, the customer will be informed via e-mail of the cancellation within 8 days.
Customers are free to withdraw from the trip or cancel it altogether at any time. However, they are responsible for paying all of the penalties stated in the reservation contract, including a fee of up to 20% of the price of the trip.
