Beauty Care Choices uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments. If your package is exceptionally heavy, it will ship the United Parcel Service (UPS).

Contact their Customer Service Team by calling (866) 409-7227 the day you receive your package, they will provide you with a return authorization number and will immediately ship a replacement to you. They may also provide postage, so you can return the damaged item to them and they appreciate your efforts in doing this. (Please be aware that mail carriers will pick-up your package from your home or business, so it isn't necessary to make a trip to the post office to send back the item). They will not accept damage claims made more than five days after you receive your items.

• Beauty Care Choices accept returns up to 30 days from the shipping date for any reason. Returns older than 45 days they cannot accept.

• If the error, they will pay for Return Shipping and Handling. Contact Customer service immediately.

• If you error, you will be responsible for the Return Shipping and Handling.

• They cannot accept returns of products that are empty, altered, not purchased from Beauty Care Choices or not in original packaging.

• All sales final on discontinued items.

• If you received free gifts, discounts or free shipping based on your purchase amount those item values will be deducted from your return amount.

• If returns become excessive, they reserve the right to refuse to do business.

• Returns of Electronic Equipment (Flat Irons, Hair Dryers and Curling Irons) may be returned within our 30-day return policy. Defective electronic equipment may be returned to the manufacturer if beyond their 30-day return policy.
