They try their very best to fulfil and ship orders quickly. Standard fulfilment time for all orders is 2-5 business days from order placement, followed by an estimated 3-5 business days in transit. Special cases can be made in certain circumstances please email them.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

When reporting damaged items, please email them and include photos of the damage as soon as possible after delivery. They would love to hear from you and make the situation right.

They cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on flavour preference and/or dislike of taste alone. If there is an issue with breakage, please email them.
