Any replacement or refund requests presented after that time frame is beyond the Calyx Flowers resolution period. Your photos also provide important feedback to their team of farms. Please include the order number in your correspondence along with the buyer’s name if available.
If your order has not already been delivered by FedEx or is not on its way to being delivered, they will certainly cancel it at your request. Please contact their customer service department. Customer service hours are 8 am to 10:30 pm EST Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am to 5 pm EST on Saturday and Sunday. If your order has already been sent out for delivery they will be unable to cancel it.
