How do I pay for my textbook rental?

Will I get my books on time?

As with any online purchase, it depends on when you order. Please provide yourself ample time to get your books before you need them.

How long will it take for my books to arrive?

It depends on the shipping method you select. After a 24-48 hour processing period (excluding weekends and major holidays), it typically takes 7-14 business days for standard shipping, 5-8 business days for expedited. Shipping times may vary based on weather, delivery routes, and other factors out of our control. If your book has not arrived by the expected arrival date, contact them immediately and they'll work closely with you on a quick resolution. Their support staff is second to none.

How do I get a quote?

Simply type in an ISBN or title into the search box on any of our pages. Click on the book you need, and the rental price will be displayed along with your shipping and damage protection options.

How do I return my books when I'm done with them?

Simply place your book(s) inside a secured package, and drop the package off at the nearest United States Post Office or blue Post Office drop box. Click here to find the location nearest you: www.usps.com and choose "Find Locations". This is the only acceptable way to return books. It ensures that your books are returned to the correct warehouse located in Lincoln, NE, with definitive tracking. Even if you are returning a book early because of a dropped class or any other reason, they'll provide you with the prepaid USPS shipping label to get it back to us correctly (simply access this label inside your customer account).

I lost one of my books, what do I do?

In order to clear your account, you can contact their Customer Reps and pay the buyout fee for the book OR you can send a replacement copy of the book. If the book was rented with an insurance plan, you will have to clear your account by contacting their Customer Reps and paying the (small) replacement premium.

What if you don't receive my books by their due date?

They realize the end of a semester can get a little crazy. All rentals have a 15-day grace period. As long as your textbooks are received in our warehouse 15 days after your due date, no fees will be charged.
