What comes in your starter kit?
Your starter kit comes with instructions for your photos and impressions; a cheek stretcher (this can be found in box 2, beneath the putty) for your intraoral photos; putty and trays (3 top, 2 bottoms) for your impressions; and a prepaid return box for sending your completed impressions back to them.
Can I eat and drink in my aligners?
They just recommend that you rinse them off with cool water and brush and floss your teeth when you’re finished to keep your aligners as clear as possible.
When it comes to hot liquids like tea and coffee, don’t worry. As long as they’re not scalding, they’ll be just fine. But if you like your coffee piping hot, maybe take them out first.
