The hero offer of up to 29% off selected products gives you the biggest possible savings on participating items, while the extra 15% off for purchases of $90 and above provides a reliable discount on a wider range of stock.
Shopping for specific items under $90: If you're browsing Monbento's catalogue and spot a few pieces you like, check whether they qualify for the up to 29% off selected products deal first. You could see significant savings on eligible items even for smaller baskets. If the items you want aren't part of that promotion, your purchase will still go through at full price, but you're not missing out on an alternative offer.
Spending $90 or more: Once your basket hits $90, the extra 15% off kicks in and applies to your entire order. For many shoppers, this is the more reliable option because it covers your whole purchase rather than just select products. On a $90 basket, that's roughly $13.50 back. If some of your items also qualify for the 29% discount, you'll need to check which option gives you the bigger saving at checkout before you apply either deal.
Larger orders over $150: At higher spend levels, the 15% offer becomes increasingly valuable. A $200 basket would save you $30 with the blanket 15% deal, which often outpaces the up to 29% offer on selected items unless a significant portion of your order falls into that promotional category.

There are two options for cancelling an order you’ve already paid for. Your order hasn’t yet been sent contact their customer services department immediately using their online contact form - Your parcel is out for delivery or has already arrived at the selected delivery address: fill out the returns form (found at the bottom of the website home page) and follow the instructions shown in the document.
Details on how long it takes to process an order can be found on the “Deliveries” page of their website. Where possible, orders placed before 15.00 (French time) are dispatched the same day (apart from on weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next day.
The refund process is initiated upon receipt of the package in their warehouse. It then takes a maximum of 14 days. As soon as the refund has been made, you will receive an automatic email named "Credit note", rest assured, this is indeed a refund. Be sure to keep the copy of the return label provided by the carrier until reimbursement.
