Please note that Custom Duty and other taxes may be payable by international customers in their country. Customers are advised to check with their local customs department before placing an order.
First Class Mail International (US Postal Service) - Delivery in 10 to 15 Business Days (Tracking and Insurance Not Available. Cashmere Boutique is not responsible for lost international packages sent by this method).
Priority International Service - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days (Tracking is Available; Custom Clearance charges may be charged by FedEx or UPS, in addition to duties and taxes charged by the customs department of the destination country).
Customers may return an item for a refund within 15 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no re-stocking fees. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the item back at their warehouse. Please also ensure your return package. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. To make an exchange, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the required item.

On the next page, confirm Shipping Address details are correct
Change the email address if you would like to receive the Return Authorization to a different email
Select the items you want to return by checking the boxes on the left side
Change the quantity of the selected items to the desired return amount
Click on the “Generate Return” button
You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on how to make your return.

If that isn't possible, the free cashmere scarf offer at $500+ is still worthwhile, and you should check whether any items qualify for the up to 50% off sale selection.
Orders between $750 and $1499: The 10% off discount applies automatically, giving you solid savings on mid range purchases. At $750, you're saving $75; at $1499, you'll save $150. The free scarf offer is also active in this range.
Orders between $1500 and $2499: The discount improves to 15% off, meaning a $1500 order saves you $225 and a $2499 order saves $375. This is where the tiered system starts to pay off significantly.
