If jewelry purchased through their website requires repair within one (1) year based on normal usage, please contact them to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send them the item with your receipt. If charges apply, you will be notified prior to beginning the repair. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for repairs. Catherine Weitzman is a brand of jewelry for any occasion. Catherine has always been drawn to jewelry and has a natural talent for making things.
