What is Chomps’ return policy?
If you have any issues with their product, they would be happy to accept a return for the unused/unopened portion of your order within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact them with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address and reason for the return. If it’s a manufacturing defect, they require that you send them photos of the damaged/defective product.
They are happy to reimburse you for the unused/unopened portion of your order, but they will not be responsible for return shipping. Defective or damaged product is not to be returned to them, instead, it should be disposed of after they’ve reviewed the photos and approved the refund.
How long will it take for my Chomps to ship?
Tracking information for an order is typically sent within one business day. When your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with delivery information from the carrier. Depending on where you’re located shipping times are normally 3-5 business days.
Most orders are shipped via USPS. Orders shipped within the contiguous United States are free, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are charged a $10 flat rate.
Do you offer samples of your products?
At this time they do not have a sample program. However, if you sign up for their newsletter on their website you’ll be the first to know about any promos they are running, and you’ll also get 10% off of your first order.
