Dango Products offers a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after the original purchase from Dango or any authorized Dango dealer. Dango Products will either repair or replace the watch, at their discretion if the watch is deemed defective. The warranty doesn’t cover abuse, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Dango Products will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Basic proof of purchase must be presented upon return. Original receipts, email addresses, and products are required to complete returns. Within 7 business days of receipt of the item(s), they will refund the purchase price, minus the outbound shipping charges. Returned items must have all original parts and be sent back in brand new condition with all accessories, packaging, etc.
