For clothing, their design philosophy is centred around flexible and flowy cuts and their sizes range from XS to 3XL. If you are between sizes they suggest ordering a size up. If your size is outside of the sizes they offer, you can email they at hello@diarrablu.com and they can let you know if there is a possibility to custom fit your order to your measurements.
They require your height for every clothing order that includes dresses and bottoms as they customize every single piece to your height as per their design philosophy centered around inclusivity. For example, if you are 5 ft 4 and order a size M maxi dress, you will have a very different length than someone who is 6 ft 1 and orders the same size M dress. Orders submitted without height information can be delayed significantly as they will reach out to get the information to proceed.
For shoes, they recommend ordering your true size. If you are between sizes, they recommend you order a size up. They use a traditional sizing system in their artisanal workshop and take care of doing the right conversion in-house taking into account the fit and cut as long as they have your true size.
Orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 19 days of fulfilment date (The date you receive the shipping notification). All their items are adjusted to your height and that's part of their brand ethos and thus can be returned or exchanged.
