If you would like to request a refund for your order placed through one of these sites, this must be done on the site you purchased from. Doodle Pants cannot process refunds for orders not placed on www.doodlePants.com. If you are unsatisfied with the item you received, please contact the customer service department on the website you ordered from. Doodle Pants cannot send replacements for any items not ordered directly through www.doodlePants.com. You are welcome to return a product through where you originally purchased, and if interested order a new pair either through them or directly through them. Please do contact them if you received your item straight out of the package with a manufacturing issue, before washing or wearing.
If you are carrying Doodle Pants as a retailer, you are required to sell only on your own web domain. Any other selling venues require express approval before advertising or listing their products. Sales on 3rd-party sites are strongly prohibited otherwise. This includes eBay, Amazon, Wal Mart, Facebook, etc.
Customers may return most new, unopened and unworn items with tags included, within 7 days from the delivery date. This does require a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event that they make a mistake with your order (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we are happy to pay the return shipping costs. If this is the case, please email info@doodlepants.com with your order #, along with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of sending your package to the return address. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for them to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes them to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process their refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Doodle Pants will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
