Earth Medicine accepts American Express, Visa, and Master Card.

If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. They may ask for a picture(s) of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. They will replace the damaged item at no cost to you once they have approved your claim.

Once they receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post to your account, depending on the original payment source.

*On the order page enter the return reason and submit the form
