Most packages are fulfilled at their facility within 24 hours. Orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will go out in Monday's mail. Packages shipped for free using first-class shipping usually arrive within 4 to 5 days. Priority shipping is usually 2 to 3 days depending on location. There is no post during USPS holidays and will ship on the next business day.
Eden's Herbals allows cancellations on all perishable products prior to a product being shipped. Please be aware that in order to meet customer demand, many of their products are shipped on the same day.
To cancel your order before it ships, please contact them by email as soon as possible.
If you want to return your unopened product and it is within 7 days of receiving it, please see their Returns Process. No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email them.
Email them at sales@edensherbals.com immediately after receiving the product to let them know that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
Once you have shipped your product back to them– please also email the tracking number to sales@edensherbals.com so they can keep track of it. If the returned product(s) is over $100 they highly recommend insuring it.
Once they receive your package back at their facility and can confirm the unopened condition, they will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
