What is the payment method?
Fast Growing Trees accepts all major credit cards and debit cards with a credit card symbol. In addition, checks and money orders may be mailed directly to their office where a representative will enter your order personally.
How do I know if my order shipped?
If you provided an email address when you placed your order you will receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Can I delay the shipping of my order?
Of course. Fast Growing Trees understand that, on occasion, your schedule may change. Please call them as soon as possible to delay your order. If your order has not been sent to shipping they can delay your order for any length of time you request.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please call their customer service department as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be done via email, nor can they process a cancellation once an order has gone to shipping.
Is there a return fee?
Unfortunately, there is a restocking fee of 25% with a $10 minimum. This covers our costs for processing; however, there is no fee for delaying the shipping of your order or cancelling an order before it has shipped.
I received the wrong item, now what?
Although they try very hard to carefully select the correct items for each of their customers, sometimes mistakes do happen. Please call them so they can get the correct items to you as quickly as possible.
