Once your order ships out, they'll email you tracking information so you can track your delivery. Their couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit. Please double-check your spam or trash folder if you don't see shipping information after 5 business days from your order date.
If your order is showing as delivered but you have not yet received it, it was likely mis-delivered to a neighbour, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. If you still can’t find your package, please get in touch with them so they can ship you a replacement.
