Once your order ships out, they'll email you tracking information so you can track your delivery. Their couriers will provide an estimated delivery date based on transit. Please double-check your spam or trash folder if you don't see shipping information after 5 business days from your order date.
If your order is showing as delivered but you have not yet received it, it was likely mis-delivered to a neighbour, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. If you still can’t find your package, please get in touch with them so they can ship you a replacement.
Click the "My Account" link or the person icon at the top right-hand side of their site to view orders you have placed. Then click the Change Quantities/Cancel Order link to find and edit the items in your order. Please note that once an order has been processed, they’re unable to edit or cancel the order. After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. They use this time to take extra precautions to ensure our fulfilment team’s and customers’ safety. It requires the checkout code and cannot be used with any other offer, so it suits baskets where you plan to buy two items that are eligible for the promotion. The rest of the page includes a 25% off selected products code, sale reductions of up to 50% on sale items, up to 22% off bundles, a 10% subscriber discount and free shipping on orders over $25.
Small baskets under $25: If your total would be under $25, free shipping does not apply. The newsletter signup is only useful if you want future offers; it is not the lead offer so do not expect an immediate discount on this order from signing. If you are buying a single full price item and it is on the 25% selected product list, use the 25% off code instead of the BOGO code because the BOGO requires a second item to save. For example, on a $20 single selected product the 25% code reduces the price to $15, you save $5.
Baskets $25 to two items at midrange: If you are buying two similar items and both are eligible for the BOGO 50% code, that code is often best. Example, on two $50 items, original price $100; the BOGO takes 50% off the second item, so you pay $75 and save $25. If instead both items qualify for the 25% selected product code and that code applies to each item, 25% off two $50 items gives a final price of $75 and the same $25 saving, so either code works when both items are selected for 25% off; the BOGO remains the official lead code.
When sale prices or bundles apply: Sale items marked up to 50% off are separate; if the items you want are already reduced in the sale, that public sale price may give a bigger saving than the BOGO or the 25% code. Bundles advertised at up to 22% off apply to bundle sets only; compare the bundle price to the cost of buying the items with the BOGO or a code. The subscriber 10% off applies to subscribers only and is useful for recurring orders or subscriptions; it is not a promo code you enter at checkout unless the site treats subscribers specially.
Free shipping and combinations: Free shipping over $25 reduces total cost if your basket reaches $25 before or after discounts depending on the site rules; the BOGO code states it cannot be used with any other offer, so do not assume it can be stacked with other brand offers. If two different offers are available for your items, take whichever leaves the lower total price. When an offer is explicitly single use with other offers, follow that rule and use the single best discount for your basket.
