You can take out health insurance with them for all types of dogs, cats, rabbits, and parrots. However, the pet must be at least 7 weeks old, and you must be the owner of the animal.
Does my pet have to be microchipped to get insurance from Figo Pet?
You can only submit costs if the invoice includes a chip number. However, your animal does not have to be chipped when you apply for insurance with them.
How do customers renew their policies?
Customers policies will renew automatically each year unless they notify Figo Pet that they wish to cancel. You can view your renewal declaration page at least 30 days prior to the customer's policy’s expiration date. This document is located in the customer's Pet Cloud under the Inbox and Docs icon and can be found within the Policy Documents folder.
What is the term of an insurance policy?
Customers take out insurance for one year. After that, they can cancel it monthly.
