Typically orders ship with FedEx or UPS. Most orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the Contiguous US and may be sent USPS. Some designers and manufacturers require a mandated shipping fee which will be reflected in your cart as a freight charge when purchasing the product.

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 5-7 business days.
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Make sure to pack the item(s) as safely as possible. Extra packing materials and/or boxes may be necessary. Any damage that is not covered due to insufficient or improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Horne.
