Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Horne:

Typically orders ship with FedEx or UPS. Most orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the Contiguous US and may be sent USPS. Larger pieces and more delicate items often ship with one of our freight partners. Please see their freight shipping policies for procedures on accepting freight shipments.
Some designers and manufacturers require a mandated shipping fee which will be reflected in your cart as a freight charge when purchasing the product.

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 5-7 business days.
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Make sure to pack the item(s) as safely as possible. Extra packing materials and/or boxes may be necessary. Any damage that is not covered due to insufficient or improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Horne.

The main offer at Horne is the 15% off your first order promo code, shown at the top of the page, and it is best for new customers buying regular priced items across the site. If you are buying marked sale products from Fritz Hansen, Herman Miller or other sale lines, the site sale discounts (for example 20% off Fritz Hansen sale or up to 60% off outlet items) apply to those marked sale prices and may give bigger savings.
High value sale purchases. If the items in your cart are on a marked sale, use the sale price on the product page and the applicable sale discount. For example, a Fritz Hansen piece shown at a marked sale price of $600 is reduced by 20% under the Fritz Hansen sale, so you pay $480 and save $120 on that marked price. The 15% first order code only applies to your first order and typically takes 15% off regular priced items, not the marked sale price, so the 20% sale on a marked sale price will often save more on those specific items.
Very large outlet bargains. When you find an item in the outlet with a large markdown, the up to 60% off sale can beat the first order code. For instance, a sale item priced at $300 and marked down by 60% becomes $120, a $180 saving off the marked sale price. Remember that "up to" means not every product is 60% off, and these discounts apply to sale items only.
Brand specific lines that have smaller site codes. If your cart is mainly Cutipol cutlery or Davey lighting, compare the two options. The 15% first order code takes 15% off your first order total, so on a $200 Cutipol order you save $30 and pay $170. The separate 5% code for Cutipol and Davey only saves $10 on that same $200 order and leaves you paying $190, so the first order code is the better choice for a new customer buying these lines.
Selected designer lighting and cutlery on promotion. Pablo Designs lighting and Cutipol Portugal items that are marked as 15% off or 15% off Cutipol in the summer sale will show those lower prices on product pages. If the item is already marked 15% off in the sale, the site sale price is the one that applies to your purchase.
First time customers and newsletter. If you are a first time shopper and eligible for the first order promo, use the 15% first order code at checkout. Signing up for the newsletter is useful to get future news and offers but is not a replacement for the first order code.
When deciding, calculate the total you would pay under each applicable offer and take whichever leaves the lower total. No offer terms on the page state that codes stack with sale prices, so treat sale prices and promo codes as separate options unless the product page or checkout explicitly allows both.
