If you receive your order and there is product damage, broken bottles, wrong flavors, incorrect nicotine levels, etc, please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to their Customer Support Team. Five Pawns's return policy is valid for up to 30 days. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days of your purchase for any reason. No exceptions. Eligible returns constitute unused, unopened products with original packaging and in the same condition as the product was received. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any opened or tampered bottles cannot be returned or exchanged. They will not accept returns for reasons such as a forwarder cannot find an MSDS sheet for the items. They do not provide MSDS sheets when shipping domestically.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
