Mattresses: it's important to note it takes time for your body to adjust to your new Flipit mattress. They recommend you sleep on it for 30 nights to give your body a chance to adjust. If you're still not happy with your Flipit after the 30-day adjustment window, you may return your mattress for free and get a full refund (returns must be initiated within the 100-night trial period). Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days of the pick-up. If you paid for our in-home delivery and setup service, they will not refund for the service performed.
Once your claim has been submitted and approved you'll receive an email to schedule a day and time for pick-up that's best for you.
Adjustable Bases: all Flex L™ Adjustable Bases are non-refundable.
Mattress Protector & Sheet Sets: only unopened mattress protectors and sheets can be returned within 100 days. Please note: when returning these items, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Please contact wow@bedgear.com or 631-414-7763 for assistance.
Pillows: allow yourself at least 30 nights and if you still don't love your pillow, please contact customer.service@lmpworldwide.com. They will help find the right pillow for you to exchange, or you can expect a hassle-free return.
