If you have chosen a home delivery and you are not present during the delivery of the parcel, do not panic, the delivery man has two solutions :

• He can drop your package in the mailbox,

• He will be able to leave a notice of passage, will then be up to you to go and pick up your order in the nearest post office within 15 days.

It is unfortunately not possible to change the shipping mode once your order is validated. Indeed, the order is validated with a specific shipping mode that you paid for.

However, if you absolutely want to change the shipping mode, it is always possible to request the cancellation of your order in order to replay it with the desired new shipping mode.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to initiate a returns procedure.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and with its label intact. Buyers are asked not to remove the labels or soil the items.

If, for any reason, the original packaging is no longer available and you wish to return an item, please contact them immediately for further instructions.

Refunds are directly made via the payment method you have chosen when placing your order :

Credit card: the refund will appear within 2 to 10 days on your bank account linked to the card used to make your purchase. If the refund occurs within 3 days after your order, we cancel the transaction. That is, you will not see any debit or credit on your bank account.

Paypal : The refund will be made directly to your Paypal account within 1 to 2 business days.

Alma: The refund will appear in your bank account within 2 to 5 days. If all the instalments have not yet been paid, the remaining instalments will be cancelled.

If any of the deadlines have been exceeded and you still do not see any trace of refund, please get in touch with their customer service to regularize the situation.
