The shipping and packaging costs are calculated from the country of delivery of your order and the products ordered. Shipping costs are charged only once per order, regardless of how many and which products you order.

The delivery times abroad vary depending on the country of delivery: within the EU you should allow between 4 and 8 working days, for deliveries outside the EU between 6 and 14 working days. Information on the worldwide standard delivery times can be found directly from DHL or GLS.

Cancellation of the order on the part of the customer is excluded according to 312g paragraph 2 number 1 BGB if it concerns goods that are specially manufactured according to customer requirements. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. This applies in particular to all photo products that are designed and ordered by the customer in the layout application, for example by providing their own photos and/or designs and/or inserting texts.
