How does it work?
We automatically track the points you earn every time you shop with us. Make sure you log in before you shop online so you automatically earn points on purchases.
How can I track my orders?
Once an order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, it will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Tracking information is also available within your Global Healing customer account.
What if the package is damaged?
If your order is damaged, please contact us within one business day of receipt so that we can report it to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.
What if I want to return the package?
Returns for Orders in the US
*A return request must be submitted within one year of purchase.
*Maximum one return per product per customer account.
*Free return shipping for orders in the continental U.S. only.
*Products may be opened or used.
*Digital items (like PDF eBooks) are not eligible.
Returns for International Orders
*The cost to return the package to Global Healing will be deducted from the refund.
*Shipping charges are paid to the carrier and will not be refunded.
*Any charges incurred during delivery will be deducted from the refund.
*The refund will be processed once the package has been received at Global Healing.
