Therefore, Government fees can be refunded if checks have not yet been mailed out by them. If checks have been mailed out they are not able to issue refunds for any government or notary fees. For example and clarity If you have a monthly membership and signed up on the 1st of the month and give notice to cancel at any time your membership will be valid until the first of the next month in this case.

Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, they may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of their members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at their sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

If any refunds for any reason in their sole discretion are granted they must be issued to the exact credit or debit card used at the time of the original transaction for security purposes. If that card is lost, stolen or blocked they will not be able to issue a refund. No company checks can be issued for security reasons.
