Hair La Vie ship their products Monday through Friday. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours (except holidays). Orders submitted on weekends, holiday weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next open business day.

You will receive your tracking information via email once your package ships.

You may return your order for any reason within 90 days of your purchase. To receive a refund of your purchase (less shipping and handling) they must physically receive the returned product/s postmarked or sent within the 90 day period. Only one return per household per year is accepted.

Hair La Vie have to receive the package, process the products back into our inventory and release the refund from our finance department. Please allow 14 - 21 business days to process your package for your refund. Hair La Vie will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are for the complete purchase price of the items but do not include shipping and handling charges.
