Your order usually takes 2-10 business days to arrive once it leaves their warehouse. They ask for your understanding as shipping may be delayed during certain times.

If you have received a wrong/faulty item, please contact them immediately with your order number and clear photos of the wrong/faulty item via customercare@heychic.com.au.

Please kindly consider their Returns Policy when you commit to your purchase: Returns 30 Days from the date of purchase can be accepted with the following conditions: Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Full priced items can be returned for a Heychic Store Credit Note. Items marked with "FINAL SALE" cannot be exchanged for store credit. Items purchased during a promotion, such as a Flash Sale, are subject to promotional return conditions. Once processed, you will receive store credit based on the amount spent on the item at the time of the promotional sale. Shipping costs will not be returned as store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, returns for swimwear, bodysuits, jewellery, hair accessories, and eyewear accessories cannot be accepted unless deemed faulty by their team. Therefore, all purchases under these categories are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When returning your item(s), Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee, which will be automatically deducted from your Returned Store Credit. Any orders returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for Heychic Store Credit and will be returned to the sender. Please return your item within 1-2 weeks from the date you receive your return label from them. If the parcel is not sent out within this timeframe, the return label will be deemed unused by the customer, and therefore disabled. Domestic Return labels will cost AU$11.95 paid by the customer, as mentioned within the return portal. Thank you for your understanding. International Returns: Please kindly note all International Returns are lodged via email, where they will provide return instructions and address. They recommend returning your parcel with your local postage service instead of courier services due to the high cost.

Upon receiving your return parcel and verifying the items are unworn, undamaged, and unmarked, with all tags attached, they will provide you with a store credit note to spend on another item. This is their process for item exchange. Due to the high volume of orders and requests received, it is hard for them to save “exchange products” for individual customers. Please use your credit note to purchase your desired item or size in a new order. This way, their customers are not limited to only exchanging sizes but can choose from any item within the store, subject to availability. Thank you for your understanding.
