Hunter recommends that you purchase the same size as you take in a shoe, their boots allow for wearing thicker socks. If you are in-between sizes they recommend opting for the smaller size for their Original and Field ranges.

For Refined styles, they recommend taking a size up if you are in-between sizes.

You can return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of the date the products were shipped to you. They just need you to log your return, you can do this by going to the returns section of your account online.

Yes, you will have a warranty for any manufacturing defects for up to 24 months from the date of purchase.
