Incase's flagship offer is the 20% off code at the top of this page, which applies to your entire purchase. This works best for shoppers buying full price items or smaller baskets where you want a straightforward discount code applied at checkout.
On a smaller basket under $100. The 20% off code is your best choice here. On a $60 purchase, for example, you save $12 and pay $48. The 15% off codes below save less, and the outlet sales only apply to selected products that may not be in stock in your size or style.
On a medium basket of $100 to $300. Again, the 20% off code works well. On a $200 order, you save $40 and pay $160. If none of your items are A.R.C. Sleeves or outlet eligible, this code is the way forward. However, if your basket is mostly A.R.C. Sleeves and nothing else, the 25% off sale on those items will save more: on a $200 order of A.R.C. Sleeves only, you save $50 and pay $150. Compare your actual items before checkout.
If you are shopping the outlet or A.R.C. Sleeves specifically. The up to 50% off outlet sale requires no code and applies to selected outlet products only, so check whether your item is marked down before you add it. The 25% off A.R.C. Sleeves sale is similar: it is automatic for eligible items. Work out what you are actually buying, see what discounts are tagged on those products, and you will know what you save. If an outlet item is marked down further than 50% already, or if an A.R.C. Sleeve is reduced more than 25%, those existing reductions are your final price. Neither sale code can be combined with a promo code, so you cannot layer the 20% off code on top.
If you are a first time customer. Sign up to the Incase newsletter and watch for a welcome code or promotional offer tailored to new subscribers. You can then use that code at checkout.
To choose between offers for your basket, work out which gives you the lower final total. The 20% off code and the 15% off codes cannot be combined with the sales or with each other. On most baskets of full price items, the 20% off code saves the most. When you are buying marked down outlet stock or A.R.C. Sleeves specifically, check the sale prices on the product pages: they will tell you exactly what you pay.

Domestic - You will get exact shipping charges on the site before you complete the checkout process. They offer free shipping via USPS First Class Mail but also have expedited methods if you need to receive your order faster.
International - International shipping rates are typical $15 and up depending on the product/s ordered. Any import fees, customs duties or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not covered by Incase Designs. Also, note they have to declare the full retail price on the invoice for customs. They cannot state the discounted price if you used a promo code.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipment's tracking number.
They make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. As long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team, they are able to cancel your order.
